Divinely Crafted Terms of Service

1. Who we are Divinely Crafted ("we," "us," "our") is a student-run company operated by students in the Integrated Business Core (IBC) course in Rexburg, Idaho, for the [Fall 2026] semester. Customers design their own jewelry from our chains and charms and we weld it on, and we clean, polish, resize and repair jewelry and watches customers already own. Mentioning the course describes how we operate; it does not mean any university endorses our products or services.

2. Agreeing to these terms By visiting our store, buying from us, booking a service, entering a giveaway or signing up for our messages, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our store or services.

3. Our services and materials We offer welding and rewelds, ultrasonic cleaning, steam cleaning, polishing, resizing, repairing, watch resizing, and design-your-own jewelry. Prices and how long each service takes are listed in our store and at our booth. We may change prices or services at any time, but the price shown when you pay is the price you pay.

4. Payment All payments are made through our Shopify store or our company iPad at the booth. We never take payment through Instagram, Facebook, direct messages, Venmo or any other app. If anyone asks you to pay us another way, it is not us.

5. Appointments and calendar invites You may book a time with us online or at the booth. If you choose, we will send a calendar invite and reminders by email or text. Please reschedule or cancel at least [24] hours ahead by replying to your reminder or contacting us. If you are more than [15] minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your visit. Our booth closes Tuesdays from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

6. Your jewelry in our care Before we work on any piece, we check it with you and note loose stones, cracks or worn parts. Older, damaged or delicate jewelry can break during cleaning, welding or resizing. Some stones, such as pearl, opal, emerald and turquoise, should not go in an ultrasonic or steam cleaner, and we may decline to clean them. We will tell you if we see a risk, and you can choose not to go ahead. Jewelry left with us must be picked up the same day.

7. Welded jewelry A welded piece is closed with no clasp and stays on until you want it off. It can be removed by cutting the chain, and we can reweld it. Welded jewelry can catch or break with daily wear, and we are not responsible for loss or damage after you leave our booth. Remove it before medical procedures, MRIs or anything that requires removing jewelry.

8. Refunds Services cannot be returned once performed. If a weld we made fails within [7] days through no fault of your own, we will reweld it free. Unused chains and charms in original condition may be returned within [7] days for a refund to your original payment method. Contact us to start a refund.

9. Discounts and the Crafted Card Discounts, codes and Crafted Cards (10% off your next service) can only be used for our products or services. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined unless we say so. All discounts expire on [last day of business, e.g. December 10, 2026] or earlier if printed.

10. Giveaways Our giveaways, including Welded Weekly, are free to enter. No purchase is necessary, and buying does not improve your odds. Entrants must be at least [18, or have a parent's permission] and able to pick up the prize in Rexburg. Members of Divinely Crafted and their households are not eligible. Prizes are a tangible item or service valued under $100 and are never cash, gift cards or certificates. Winners are drawn at random and contacted by direct message, email or text; a winner who doesn't respond within [48 hours] may be replaced. Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, Meta, TikTok or any other platform.

11. Text messages (SMS) Program: Divinely Crafted Texts. What you'll get: If you opt in, we may text you about appointments and pickups, giveaway entries and winners, offers, and where our booth is. Order and appointment texts are tied to your booking; marketing texts are sent only if you check the marketing box or text us a keyword. Consent: Agreeing to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase or giveaway entry. Frequency: Message frequency varies. Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You'll get one confirmation and nothing after. Reply START to rejoin. Help: Reply HELP, or contact [email address]. Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Eligibility: You must be the owner or authorized user of the phone number you give us. We will never share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

12. Email If you sign up for email, we may send you welcomes, giveaway results, offers and updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

13. Photos and videos We only photograph or film you or your jewelry with your permission. If you tag us in a post, you allow us to reshare it with credit. You can ask us to remove any post of you at any time.

14. When the company closes Divinely Crafted operates for one semester and stops doing business on [last day of business]. After that date we will not provide services, honor discounts, accept returns or send messages.

15. Limits of our responsibility To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service or item involved. We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

16. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

17. Changes We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page with the date at the top.
