Oct 12, 2026

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This policy explains what information Divinely Crafted ("we," "us") collects through our online store, booth, giveaways, text messages and emails, how we use it, and the choices you have. Divinely Crafted is a student-run company operated by students in the Integrated Business Core (IBC) course in Rexburg, Idaho.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact details: name, email address and phone number, when you buy, book, enter a giveaway or sign up for messages.
  • Order and appointment details: what you bought or booked, the date and time, and notes about the jewelry you brought in.
  • Payment details: payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Consent records: when and where you agreed to texts or emails, so we can prove consent and honor opt-outs.
  • Messages you send us: texts, emails and direct messages, including STOP and HELP replies.
  • Device and browsing data: when you visit our store, Shopify automatically collects information such as your browser, IP address and pages viewed, using cookies.

2. How we use it To process orders and payments, schedule and remind you of appointments, run giveaways and contact winners, send texts and emails you agreed to, answer questions, and see which promotions work. We do not use your information for anything unrelated to Divinely Crafted.

3. Text messages (SMS) We text only people who opted in. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Who we share it with We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store and send messages, and only for that purpose:

  • Shopify, for our store, payments and customer records (Shopify's privacy policy)
  • [Our email and text platform, e.g. Shopify Messaging or Klaviyo], to send messages you agreed to
  • [Our calendar tool, e.g. Google Calendar], if you accept a calendar invite
  • Our course's accounting office, which reviews sales records as part of the course

We may also share information if the law requires it.

5. Cookies Our Shopify store uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences and measure how the store is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the store may not work without them.

6. How long we keep it Divinely Crafted operates for one semester. When the company closes on [last day of business], we delete customer contact lists and do not transfer them to any other business. Records the course requires for accounting are kept only as long as required.

7. How we protect it Customer information is kept in password-protected accounts that only authorized company members can access.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Reply STOP to any text, or click unsubscribe in any email.
  • Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email address]. We'll respond within [30] days.
  • Opting out of marketing does not cancel order or appointment messages you need.

9. Children Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes We may update this policy. The current version is always posted on this page with the date at the top.
